David brings over 35-years of executive experience with operational management of an aggregate of over 3,000 employees, revenues of over $150 million and a long successful career overseeing a diverse assortment of world class operations including Dorado Beach Resort and Club, Club Corporation of America, Philadelphia Country Club, Hudson National Golf Club, Belle Haven Country Club, The Abaco Club and Ritz-Carlton Golf Club & Spa. David has extensive experience collaborating with multi-cultural partners with management of assets throughout the United States and the Caribbean. He focuses on strategic long-term planning and operational management with a strong eye for achieving financial projections and executing projects on time. In addition, he specializes in forward thinking business solutions that are implemented with vision and consensus building.

Robert began his career inside the capital markets of commercial real estate, specializing in the acquisition and disposition of unanchored shopping center assets across the state of Florida. He worked with national and regional developers acquiring retail oriented sites for ground-up development and acquiring value-add assets for redevelopment with a strong focus on the I-4 corridor. Robert later transitioned into commercial real estate valuation as a Senior Analyst with Beshears & Associates. He has extensive commercial underwriting of over 15.5 million square feet and 80.7 million land square feet of institutional commercial real estate across a variety of assets including retail, automotive, restaurants, land, office, existing & proposed multi-family, self-storage, industrial and other special purpose assets across the United States. In total, he has underwritten over $2.6 billion worth of commercial real estate. Robert focuses on developing and maintaining relationships with local municipalities, property owners, brokers and outside partners. He analyzes target markets and corridors to identify and determine the feasibility of site development as well as handling the project management of potential developments from acquisition to operation.
