SBA CAR WASH FEASIBILITY STUDY

Assignment Scope & Results

 

Client was required by the SBA to engage a specialist to produce a feasibility study for a proposed express car wash project. Tyson Valuation Group was engaged and produced a feasibility analysis concluding the project was feasible due to favorable market conditions. The SBA granted financing approvals to the client after receiving the report and the clients project passed a major hurdle to development.
